Women & Money: Lessons from a Lioness

Story of the Day:

Today I coached with a women client (thank you my friend, you know who you are). This woman has been a financial advisor since 1976 .   Bravo to this woman pioneer in financial services!

We were talking about the lack of women in the financial services business then and now. Yet, she had good news for women clients. Her firm and most leading companies are seeking women advisors.  Women naturally make good advisors for the rising trends.  The old “hunt and kill” model of finding the hot stock of the moment is gone.  The talents needed for good client service are a more natural fit  for many women:  listening, security focus and being wholistic in approach.  Take heart clients seeking financial help.  Good service is out there and even better service is on the horizon.

Thank you to all my clients (individuals and organizations) that share stories and the latest information.  We all benefit!

Fact of the day:

78% of women are working toward finanical & retirement goals. Women are interested and ready for good service!
